This page has information and forms to help you and us to better prepare for your team stay and work here in New Orleans, if you’d like to plan a mission trip here, please download and fill out the forms below:
The Mission Group Packet has our Registration Form and another form that will help us with the planning for your mission trip. The rest of this packet contains information regarding cost, schedules, and Ministry Center regulations. The Team Leader Instructions is information will help you prepare your mission team for their mission work and stay at Celebration Outreach Ministry Center. The Team Roster is just a list of who we can expect to be coming; this will help us to have name badges and room assignments ready when you arrive. We realize that sometimes change is unavoidable. Just e-mail us changes as they occur. Please remember to email or fax your Team Roster one month before arrival… Thank you, this is a huge help to us!
